Initial Report on Heathrow Crash

The AAIB just released a report regarding the initial findings on the 17/01 Heathrow crash. They’re pretty inconclusive - stating that most, if not all systems worked as designed - however, there were a few strange things which they uncovered.
Whether or not they played a role in the crash remains to be seen!
